There have been occasions where clients have wanted to jump start their therapeutic experience, by having a three day intensive “living experience.”

This is where I spend three full days with the client, connecting for breakfast, and parting after dinner. This allows the client and myself to spend a long period of time assessing the patterns that are in operation throughout one’s daily movements. I want to see what happens at different times of the day, in different environments, and under different conditions. How my presence is explained to other’s at work, or children, becomes a relatively simple issue to address personally for each situation.

The intensity of this allows for a rich understanding of all the forces being contended with throughout one’s daily existence. It is true we are intra-psychic beings, and our inner psychological essence is very important. It is also true we are physical beings, and how we literally move throughout the day is also supplying us with information we need to pay attention to; but, we are also “social animals” and we effect those around us, and we are effected by them as well. The interplay between our physical/biological selves, our intra-psychic selves, and our inter-related selves is essential to understand. Of course, we are also effected by any traumas that we may have been subjected to, and how those events have impacted the three above mentioned areas.

This mode of coaching has proven to be excellent for many. There are a multitude of three day programs on the market where large groups of people come together for intensive workings. The difference is, this is a personalized one on one three day experience. I have also done three-day life-enhancing workshops for groups of 15 or less.
